i never understand people who genuinely dislike books? like, all books.
it’s sort of like people who say “oh i don’t like TV” or “oh i don’t like movies” i mean ok they aren’t all the same. there has to be SOMETHING out there that piques your interest. there’s horror and mystery and westerns and dramas and comedies and all sorts of shit that people can like.
i mean i literally do not care if you’re reading twilight or nicholas sparks i mean you have to enjoy SOME book.

He is now a BADASS.
Just stop for a second and look at his lightning bending abilities. Zuko always had brute strength and power on his side, and while Mako hasn’t really unleashed his inner firebending yet—like Zuko’s giant waves of fire—he has precision and accuracy and control. Like Azula, precision.
He bends lightning while standing in a moving car. He gets electrocuted, grabs the lightning as it’s electrocuting him, and then redirects it perfectly. Then, not only does he fight Amon’s bloodbending, he still manages to summon lightning and use it. Did I mention Amon was bending his blood at the same time? I think that needs to be said again.
I mean, Mako just watched Korra get her bending taken away. I think it’s safe to say he was entering his own Avatar State at that point. His face in that scene…he was going for the kill. Pure rage.
Still though. Badass with lightning.

Yeah, I understand that. This show was supposed to be sort of shallow compared to ALTA, since it was just a spin off. Maybe thats why I was expecting more, and comparing to the legendary Kataang OTP.
